A company should try posting at different times and with different frequency to test when their network is most active. For more solid guidelines to follow, we always recommend posting no less than three times a week and no more than once per day. Anything less than three times a week is too infrequent and you will lose touch with your network. If you post more than once a day, you risk annoying your network. Once you have figured out how often to post for your business, we also encourage engaging on Facebook with the same frequency you are posting.
